With over 30 years in high-end construction and more than 14 years as a licensed Realtor, Bruce Baker brings a rare depth of experience to Colorado’s mountain and luxury real estate markets.

Before entering full-time real estate, Bruce spent decades running his own high-end renovation company, specializing in multi-million dollar home remodels. His hands-on knowledge of construction, design, and quality craftsmanship continues to give clients an edge—whether they’re preparing to sell, looking to invest, or evaluating the true potential of a property.

Earlier in his career, Bruce also worked as a job site manager for two Hawaii-based developers, overseeing the construction of more than 200 luxury condominiums across Maui. This experience managing complex, large-scale builds sharpened his project coordination skills and deepened his understanding of how high-end communities are designed and delivered.

Today, Bruce applies his unique background to help sellers, buyers, and investors throughout Northern Colorado—especially in mountain neighborhoods like Big Elk Meadows, Estes Park, and Lyons.
